SMS Consent Communications:

The information emails/phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

SMS Communications:

If you have consented to received text messages from Assistance Services, LLC,  you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Follow-up messages

  • Reminder of documents and forms pending

  • Confirmation of meeting time and location

  • Billing inquiries

  • Application status - (approved, denied, pending)

Example 1:

Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Assistance Services, LLC representative, at 428 E 10th Street, New York, NY 10009, 12/19/2025, at 2pm.  If you need to cancel this appointment please respond by typing cancel.  You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Assistance Services, LLC at any time.

Example 2:

Hi, just wanted to let you know that your application has been approved, please contact Assistance Services, LLC for further information. 

Example 3:

Hello, please check your email for payment notification, thank you.

Note: Assistance Services, LLC will complies with client(s) request of inquiry and will respond as per client's prefer method of communication. 

Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 1 to 2 per week related to your appointments,  reminders of pending documentation, or application status. 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan.  These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

Opt-In Method: 

You may opt-in  to receive SMS messages from Assistance Services in the following ways;

  • By using Assistance Services, LLC website  to opt-in at the contact section

Opt-out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time.  To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive.  Alternatively, you can contact us directly 212 419-0768 to request removal from our messaging list.
